If you have been trying to cut your caffeine intake, don’t stop your consumption all of a sudden. Chances are you will resume your habit pretty soon. If you have more than 2 cups of coffee a day, replace one cup with green tea and gradually reduce the intake.

 

3. EXERCISE FOR 15 MINS, WALK FOR 15 MINS

That’s it! Long workouts can often get boring, unlike actors and professional athletes who have an army of nutritionists and coaches to track their performance and hype them to maintain their motivation. Keep it short and effective. You can even squeeze in a bit of movement during your work hours. For instance, perform 10 pushups+ 20 squats+ 30 crunches after the completion of each task.

With an average person spending at least 2 hours daily and 17 hours per week, our minds are heavily influenced by social media content. Follow genuine and meaningful accounts with light entertainment. You will be surprised how it can reshape and mould your mindset.
