Days 1-5

For the first few days, it is important to keep your blood sugar levels balanced by eating small meals and healthy snacks throughout the day. 

Today you will embark on the first few days of a two-week cycle of totally cleansing, rejuvenating and healing your liver and placing your whole body into a total reset. You will quickly fall into the rhythm of taking your Ayurvedic Liver cleanse shake in the morning and modifying your diet to suit food guidelines on this course. Typically the frst day passes without too many challenges. You may undergo detox symptoms from the onset, however, they usually appear at the end of the frst day and thereafter.

Detox symptoms range anywhere from muscle pain, headaches, joint pain, moodiness, extreme fatigue, bloating, night sweats and discoloration of urine. They tend to occur on and around day one and can last up until day four or five.
