Sonia has been practicing for her whole life, but has had a full time practice for the past 12 years. Sonia takes great pride in helping people to understand the importance of clean air, fresh food, alkaline water, movement, and a still mind. Sonia teaches that health is not the absence of infirmity. 9:30-10:30
Upon arrival, you will participate in the healing and comforting experience of a tea ceremony with freshly brewed Yogi Tea, invigorating and relaxing you as we welcome you to our sacred space.
10:45-12:00
This Kundalini yoga and meditation class is offered by Chandanni and open to all levels of yoga practitioners including beginners. We will practice kriyas (yoga pose sets) that will facilitate detoxification and rejuvenation.
12:00-12:45
We will discuss food and the six tastes of Ayurveda. We will understand the foods on the cleanse and why they are important. Understanding the nature of our diet can catapult us into immediate healing, balance, and transformation. We will discuss nutrition and what foods are best for what seasons.
1:00-2:00
We will have lunch together, eating an organic, healthy meal that will be cleanse appropriate. We will discuss why it is important to cleanse seasonally and how food is an integral part of how we can heal and balance effectively during our fourteen day Ayurvedic Liver Cleanse journey.
2:00-2:30
After lunch is a perfect time to relax and let food absorb and metabolize. We will utilize this time with the healing vibrational sounds of a gong bath. All will lay down or sit on a chair to experience an out of body experience that will magnify our ability to relax, let go, and re-charge.
2:30-3:30
During this time Armand Beasley, an organic beauty expert, will discuss ways to achieve the best beauty routine. Chandanni will also share her organic skincare and wellness line as we have volunteers come up for a mini facial and beauty makeover.
